Autumn Daze Singers
Want to put some joy into the lives of people who might not have the wonderful days? One of the missions that Mt. Zion sponsors is the Autumn Daze Singers. We brighten the lives of the residents of Autumn Care on the second Friday of each month at 10:45 am by bringing music into their lives. The impact we have is amazing! Residents who never speak have woken up to the music and sung along with us! It's actually brought tears to the nursing staff.
We provide you with the words/music, but these are all familiar songs that everyone knows. And, no, you don't have to have an operatic voice! Everyone is invited to make a joyful noise. And if you can't make it every second Friday, come whenever you can. What a difference you can make in others lives.
